Virus Removal
While you're surfing the web, it's very tempting to click on and enter all sorts of areas that interest you. Whether you know it or not, sometimes these areas of the web will infect your computer with a virus or malware. Everyone gets a virus once in a while, but it's no reason to pout. Professionals like Doc Ralston have the knowledge and experience to help you out.
Ask yourself these questions:
- Have you noticed that your computer has lately been running much slower than usual?
- Do you have unknown windows popping up all over, and no matter how much you try, you can't make them go away?
- Are you constantly getting a BSoD (Blue Screen of Death) in Windows?
- Does your computer freeze often?
- Does your computer have a fever and/or severe stomach cramps?
Okay, skip that last one... but seriously... if you experience anything like the things listed above, or something similar, chances are that your computer is infected with a virus.
Doc Ralston will do everything in his power to try to save your files from being scrapped. Usually the virus can be removed with some technique and a few good tools. However, if in the rare case that the virus has spread too far to salvage anything, the Doc will probably prescribe a format of the hard drive with a new copy of Windows. If this happens, you will be notified first, as it will incur an extra cost for the software. If for some reason the Doc can't fix the problem, you will not be charged.
Think you have a virus? Contact the Doc today and he'll fix you right up.
Average time and cost for virus removal is 2 hours @ the $55/hour rate.
